Pumpkin Peanut Biscotti

  • 2.5 cups w.w. flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup raw honey

Mix Mash

  • 12lbs sweet potatoes
  • 12lbs turnips (peeled)
  • 7lbs white potatoes
  • 1 tspn sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Once turnips are peeled chop first three ingredients and put into a pot along with salt and oil and enough water to cover contents. Boil untill soft. Mash the mixture, drain surplus liquid into a separate container and keep in fridge.

Meatloaf

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 lbs ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
